"I accidentally got the wrong product..."
I accidentally got the wrong product and missed that it was a pack of 6. When the box arrived, I opened it and a few days later, I asked to send it back. The company said no, since they have a 'No Buyer's Remorse' rule. That's just not right!!! Should've gone with Amazon instead!

Out of the 36 cans of New Wave, 3 were damaged and leaking inside the plastic wrap. This might've happened because of the delivery service or maybe the freezing temperatures.

"Out of 12 bottles, 4 arrived shattered"
Four bottles were shattered from the dozen I ordered, and the ones that survived had a layer of fine glass on them, making it tough to drink. They really should've packed these better—no packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or anything like that. I'm super disappointed because after the four that broke, the rest were messed up too. Total waste of time and cash.

"Mismatch Between Product Image and Description"
The image of the product and its description just don’t line up. The packaging doesn’t match what’s shown, and it claims 85 percent in the details, while another part says 90 percent. Plus, one mentions 5 grams of protein, and the other says 6 grams. What’s going on here?
